Our flagship offering is small group training. These conservatory-level classes offer a select group of students, ages 9 to 17, the opportunity to hone their craft and take brave, bold choices in a respectful, creative, and encouraging environment. Classes are structured around a proprietary curriculum that integrates breath work, movement, Linklater voice and speech training, Stanislavsky objective work, and more.
We take the core tenants of Take Choice’s proprietary curriculum and customize it to the individual goals and needs of a particular student. This is our most bespoke, hands-on training method, offering transformative results for dedicated young actors, aged 9 to 17. Areas of focus vary from student to student, but may include voice work, character development, movement, physical comedy, clowning, mask work, and more.
Take Choice helps young actors gain a competitive edge for college auditions, guiding students as they narrow down their choice of university programs and select audition pieces (monologues and songs). We then work with them to perfect their performance, song storytelling, and audition package. This process requires a minimum of three one-on-one sessions.
